[Github-comments] [geany/geany-plugins] Resign Maintainership (#435)

Well, we have to ensure we don't mess up things here. Removing the maintainer is fine for me so I will merge the patch. But discussion about future of such things is needed to. But I recommend to do it on mailing list or the PR #440 could be a good staring point. 

So in my mind maintainerships keeps empty here for the moment. How to follow up is another topic.
