Yeah I don't know why I don't have them here either, maybe it depends on the Doxygen version?

Anyway, LGBI, but shouldn't we rather ignore the same list we remove (IIRC I added that because Doxygen dropped a fair bunch of files, not only 1), i.e. `/doc/doxygen_*`?  It should be safe to ignore with a wildcard -- safer than cleaning with one.
