[Github-comments] [geany] I want you add "Fixed encoding of File checkbox" (#880)

So, if I check this checkbox On, then ALL FILES will be OPENED in SELECTED ENCODING

It is very important, because much files did not opened in their real encoding, so files may be damaged and program will be buggy
