[Github-comments] [geany] Unable to watch patch file created byTortoiseSVN if path contains non ASCII characters (#873)

As a workaround, you can *File → reload as → Without Encoding (None)*.  This will drop the bytes in the editor with no conversion, and will display it as UTF-8 with invalid bytes as plain bytes.  In practice with your file you see the paths junked but the contents just fine.
