* avoids extra `@`s in the GtkDoc output (cosmetic, but visible in the GIR docs section)
* use of `%TRUE`, `%FALSE` and `%NULL` in the GtkDoc output to mark those as constants as appropriate (cosmetic, but visible in the GIR docs section)
* Improve HTML version of the annotations
* Mark output parameter as such (parameters in which the function writes a value rather than reads it)
* Add a bunch of `@nullable`, which might be very useful to GIR in some places, and could be nice in HTML everywhere (but not yet rendered)
