Fixed some of them. Hopefully mergeable now.

The stray @ are unproblematic as far as .gir generation is concerned. 
They are caused by the extra \a command in the front of each of the 
gir-specific commands (see ALIASES in Doxyfile.in). I can't remember the 
details actually but I needed them to generate the gir (lots of error 
messages come up when the \a are removed).
