[Github-comments] [geany/geany] scrollbar doing weird things (#997)

Ubuntu uses it's own GTK+ module/plugin for those Mac-style overlay scrollbars, see [this answer](http://askubuntu.com/a/177160) for how disable them (untested, I don't use Unity).
