[Github-comments] [geany] Possible inconsistency in highlighting numbers (#654)

In Java/Ubuntu 14/Geany (built on or after 2015-07-13) the literal number one million comes out differently depending on whether it contains the allowed separator _ or not. Possibly this should be regarded as an inconsistency as the literal still has the same value where-as the change in color might lead one to believe  that the value of the literal was different in each
