[Github-comments] [geany] Symbols outline vertical scrollbar (#648)

I am programming in Rust with Geany 1.25. Symbols outline window works well, but say if you switch from Rust file tab X to file Y and back again to X, the vertical scrollbar sometimes (not always) resets to the very top of file X rather than the place where it was left last time. This seems to occur if the vertical scrollbar in Y was itself at the very top of the file. Would be good if the symbol window always remembered the position of its vertical scrollbar for each file.
