[Github-comments] [geany] Please show completion list even if the user is typing inside a comment block (#704)

[Hai]

Currently if I'm typing inside a comment block, the completion list won't show up automatically. Please support it, or add option to enable it.

Here is my Geany:

```shell
07:45:20: Geany INFO        : Geany 1.25, en_US.UTF-8
07:45:20: Geany INFO        : GTK 2.24.28, GLib 2.44.1
```
