[Github-comments] [geany] Selection without losing the existing selection (#804)

Please consider making it possible to do a selection within a selection to
assist in the case illustrated where I want to pick up a 𝝺 to change it into a
𝝻 without losing the carefully made selection <b>Thanks!</b>
