[Github-comments] [geany] Help command line arguments don't work on Windows (-h, --help) (#787)

When you pass `-h` or `--help` to `Geany.exe` nothing happens, presumably because it's a "GUI" Windows application so doesn't get stdio handles. I tried with `-v` to but it doesn't work, I guess `-h` gets dealt with first by GOption* stuff.
