Hi Saurabh,

for geany development please see 
http://geany.org/manual/dev/hacking.html. As mentioned there the main 
libs are GTK and Glib. Both are documented as part of gnome, see 
https://developer.gnome.org/references.

For plugin development see http://www.geany.org/manual/reference/.
