Sure (but of course it's also up to Colomban and others to decide whether
they want it in Geany). Also as others noted, the document_close_all() has
a slightly different semantics than just closing documents one by one so it
makes sense to make it public too.

Also forgot to mention that when changing API, you should also
increment GEANY_API_VERSION in plugindata.h and then require this version
of API in your plugin.
