[Geany-Devel] Compiler tab suggestions

In respect of suggestion 2), the various pref compiler_tab_autoscroll
provides the equivalent of returning to the top by preventing the tab ever
leaving the top :)  Thats enough for me, suggestion 2) withdrawn :)
