[Geany-Devel] PairTagHighlighter plugin bugs

One of Russian user of Geany reported about strange behavior in this plugin
after 1.24 release.

OS: Opensuse 13.1
Plugins enabled: numbered bookmarks, zencoding, treebrowser, addons, geanyvc,
pairtaghighlighter, splitwindow, htmlchars.

* while moving through document old tags are still highlighted with unexpected
  behaviour
* while switching paired tag/single tag, highlight color is changed for all tags
  simultaneously
* sometimes it highlights wrong tags
* looks like highlighting remains after leaving closing tag

Bug reproducible while moving cursor up/down or while random mouse clicks.
