[Geany-devel] fork me on github (again, and web stuff)

Hey,
      Last time Matt noted I should've provided code to go with the 
'fork me on github' banners.  So the following will get a 'fork me' 
banner on geany.org (if that's desired; also, this scrolls w/the page):
