[Geany-devel] Plugins-Developer: Please update NEWS

Hi plugin-developers!

As with the release of Geany 0.20 we are also near to the release of
the combined plugins package I'd like to ask you to put your
mentionable changes on plugins into NEWS files of geany-plugins-trunk.
