That's what I was thinking too, so I made a page:

Only I don't know how to make it accessible through some index/table of 
contents/menu.  Also, since I can't edit the geany.org site, I can't 
properly copy the markup from the existing wishlist.  If you don't mind 
seeing if you can do a copy/paste from there to this new page to see if 
you can retain the bullet list and strike-through fonts, that would be 
cool.  I left a TODO note for this.
