[Geany-devel] Doc patch: Tools->Reload Configuration effects

As far as I can tell, Tools->Reload Configuration loads all configuration
and template files, including *geany.conf*.  I have attached a patch for
your consideration, *conf_reload.patch*, that adds comments to that effect
everywhere that they apply. In some cases I also edited the surrounding text
in an attempt to reduce repetition/confusion.
