[Geany-devel] build-system branch multiple execute commands supported & latex

Hi all,

The latest commit to the build-system branch implements multiple execute
commands.  The default is now two so that both of the latex commands can be
accommodated.

I have changed filetypes.latex to include the commands as I believe they
used to be hard coded.  I'm not a latex user so comments from users welcome.
