this seems like a Scintilla bug, I opened

for this.

This is caused by SVN r3462 by setting "fold.html.preprocessor" to 0 as
discussed in
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=787794&aid=2003912&group_id=153444
(starting at comment #3).
