Hi,
Is it possible to add arbitrary files to the Tools > Configuration Files submenu?
no, currently not. What files did you think of?

P.S.: please don't hi-jack other threads in the future, thanks.

I have a script that maps fuse-mounted remote files to server url's. It would be handy to make the configuration file that holds the actual mappings more easily accessible. Not a big deal, there are other ways.

Sorry about that. Not thinking.

Ah, no, sorry. This menu is intended for Geany-related configuration files not for files in general.
I guess you want some kind of bookmarks to easily access often needed files. IMO, this is more a file manager related task and even if not, it should be implemented by a plugin, not in Geany itself.

When talking with ppl about Geany, a bookmarking system that also includes line numbers were so quiet common request. So I'd support such a plugin, even I will not code it ;)
