I'm editing an .rst file.  When I open the file in vim, there is a syntax highlighting and I like to have something similar in Geany.   Currently, in geany there is no single highlighting to be seen on the screen. 

My system is Ubuntu 13.10, 64 bit.  Geany version is 1.23.1.  I have installed the geany-plugins.
