If lines are in two categories, put them in the one most appropriate for you and coworkers. I just collected all comments from my file and sorted them out. Normally I do translate comments if this is assumed helpful. If comments are bilingual, then english part t is supposed for developers or documentation.

I suggest that everyone does the same until Geany 1.25. It really cleans up the translation & Ithink it would provide some additional help to the developers too.
