Anyone ever go through ` ./autogen.sh: line 4: intltoolize: command not found`

when try to install/build geanyvc ? Please help out, thanks before

You need to install "intltool" https://freedesktop.org/wiki/Software/intltool/

None in Tools menu nor plugin manager found in geany, even after geanyvc enabled finely

You must have somehow built Geany without plugin support. There is an option to disable it, but its manual, and I have never heard of anyone doing it, the default is to build for plugins.
