New subject: [geany/geany] Tab colour theming not documented (#1380)

      IF I [RTFC](https://github.com/geany/geany/blob/38d59835dbcf44bba73ea86b8511b60ef8c1626e...) correctly Geany uses names for the notebook tab colours but this isn't documented anywhere.
