If I make a mistake when making a series of changes in the selection, it is difficult to undo the changes and apply the correct changes: to undo a change I must refocus the edit pane; which removes the selection; forcing me to start over:

Please could the change dialog enable the user to undo or redo changes without losing the selection?
There are other ways to focus the main window without clicking in the editor. It depends on your OS/desktop environment/window manager, but in most of them clicking on a window header or any other part of Geany apart from the editor pane. Also, pressing Alt + Tab should work just fine in most setups to quickly switch back and forth between the main window and search dialog.
