(Book)marking lines with the plus sign is a handy [feature](https://www.geany.org/manual/index.html#bookmarks) that could be repurposed to additionally provide a multiline selection for edit commands. I'm proposing two additional menu entries under `Edit > Commands`, namely:

* `Remove marked lines` * `Duplicate marked lines`
