In my daily work I often need to read a lot of log files。Is it possible to consider providing the feature as shown in the image above like "notepad++"。
Not knowing notepad++ its impossible to say. Why would Geany contributors know another application? Please describe the actual functionality you are requesting.

'Keyword highlighting' and 'Keyword highlighting for log files' is probably what they want. For example, every instance of 'Geany' in text would be highlighted with a specific custom color. This isn't Windows specific.
What do you mean by "Keyword Highlighting"? Its not a term that exists in Geany or Vscode (the other IDE I use ATM), is it the same as syntax highlighting? Is it a notebook++ special feature? If so please describe it. There is a menu shown in the OP which talks about styling keywords, but what does it actually do when you use that menu?
The reference to windows was to point out that few Geany contributors use Windows, and only those might know of a notebook++ feature, or be able to start notebook++ to investigate it, since it is Windows only. Since few people will already know the feature or be able to try the feature it makes it important to describe it, not just name it.
IIUC what the goal is, for one keyword you can already use *Search → More → Mark All* (or <kdb>Ctrl+Shift+M</kbd>).
For more keywords, it kind of depends on the use case; but if you cant to highlight a specific set of keywords, always the same, you can probably make a custom file type based on some non-intrusive lexer that supports keywords… that would have to be investigated for what is the best choice, but that probably could work.

Well that can mark anything, not just keywords.
Better to find out what the OP wants before we jump to solutions :-)
