@codebrainz I guess the button on the very right and/or left of the tabs, part of the notebook.
I don't see this issue, but I guess it's a bad interaction with a specific version and our double click on empty notebook area creates a new tab feature.
@julien5762 could you give us version information on the supporting libraries via the Help → Debug Messages (the first few lines)?
