Fixed some of them. Hopefully mergeable now.<br>

The stray @ are unproblematic as far as .gir generation is concerned. <br>
They are caused by the extra \a command in the front of each of the <br>
gir-specific commands (see ALIASES in Doxyfile.in). I can&#39;t remember the <br>
details actually but I needed them to generate the gir (lots of error <br>
messages come up when the \a are removed).<br>
