In Win10 when cursor in edit window and after click to text (cursor similar to "|" ) vertical scroolbar is not working After click on toolbar - scroll is ok/ Randomly freezes toolbar, buttons is not clickable, but menu still works ok
In Win7 on same computer all was ok
