Sorry to interrupt but I have exactly the same problem. If I enter something cpu goes up to 25% (4 threads) and then drops back to 0%. I have removed active_profiles and turned off wordwrap with no change.
If you need any further information you will have to do some handholding I'm afraid. I don't know much about debugging. Sorry.
