So I've been using it for a bit and I guess it's technically correct, it notifies when there's undo history on a tab about to be reloaded and the message reflects that, but it's kind of annoying when tabs with saved documents are throwing the notification. I can see why this setting is true by default. If this is actually what we want I'll add it to the pull request.
