I didn't add .adoc to the default because it has lots of other meanings, especially on windows.

This has been mentioned somewhere, but I'm not sure if its in the Geany or Asciidoc list and google fails me so far so I can't reasonably expect you to have found it

That shouldn't stop you adding it to your personal config of course.
