It would indeed be useful to open files mentioned in build output that do not get detected because the compiler writers got a little bit inconsistent in how they laid out the message (looking at you clang++). But the difficulty is identifying what part of the line is the filename. The compiler tab is a table not a text window, so you can't select only part of a line or move the cursor to a position inside it.
