The miscellaneous items are ones that do not fit anywhere else, hard to find a better name for it. Most IDEs have a similar attic where they put stuff that nobody has a place for, Vscode calls it "Other" which doesn't add anything to "Miscellaneous".

The "Various" is not anything, it is a collection of items that are rarely used and not necessarily related. So there is no good umbrella name for the section. Note the contents are generated by code, so they can't be easily relocated to other pages without a lot of work.
