Windows

• Fix message window height after restart (Issue#2591, PR#2892).
• Switch Windows builds to GTK3 and x86_64 (PR#2590).

Internationalization

• Updated translations: da, de, el, es, et, fr, it, ja, nl pt, pt BR,
  sk, tr, uk, zh_CN
