Only thing is I would have made the default
python3
, IIRC the relevant Python PEP sayspython
is not required but if present could point to either 2 or 3 (making it basically useless).
I guess I was conservative with this PR not to change the current behavior, but it we want to change the default (to python3
) that makes sense. It's kind of orthogonal to the change here though.
