Since nobody really said yes or no or what theme we should finally use, I just made #3129 to get some drive into this topic and hoping to get it done finally.
This PR includes the "Prof-Gnome" from our geany/geany-osx repository and makes Geany look a lot better on Windows. Maybe not 100% perfect and native but usable.
