Anyway, why are you ranting at the Geany project, its your distro Debian that decides not to update from 1.33, not the Geany project. AFAIK there is nothing that will prevent Geany 1.38 being built for a 32 bit OS, but its Debian that needs to do it if you are using a Debian distro.
