Here are a few remarks:

could you add your themes to the AUTHORS file as well, please
for the carbonfox theme is the screenshot missing

Could you add a license notice for this and the other themes?

If possible, it would be "GPLv2 or later" to be compatible with Geany. If it's not possible because you decide different or the original templates doesn't allow this, it's ok.
But you should add a license to each theme.
