@elextr Since you have a color-vision deficiency, is it any easier to tell #009075/#ff3030 apart (vs #309030/#ff3030) in editor tabs for read-only/changed documents? I suppose color-blind users can open an issue if there's a major problem.

Otherwise, the colors look good to me.
