@zaher are you unable to change the language? From the title/description of the issue it sounds like you were looking for how to change the language in Geany. If the suggested method (setting the LANG environment variable) doesn't work, would you mind updating the description with more information such as any error messages you get (see Help->Debug Messages), as well as your Windows version, steps someone could use to reproduce the bug, and any other related information?
