Hi,
I configured the combo 1 to char | (opening + closing)
The I assign a keybinding (CTRL+²) to this combo 1 from Geany's preferences.
When I hit highlight some text and hit the keybinding above, it surround it with whitespace instead of the specified char. I tried with other chars as well resulting in the same behavior
