This PR changes the default zoom-in keybinding to equal. This potentially resolves #596 and #1712.

• Should work on all platforms. Effect for some is that will no longer have to be pressed.
• Matches keybinding used by other apps (Firefox, Chromium, other web browsers, some image viewers)
