It seems to happen when I switch to another workspace then return to the one with Geany in it.
I can still type but the cursor is invisible.
I can make it visible by opening the "Find" window.
If anyone knows of other ways to make it visible please comment.
Running on:
XFCE
Xubuntu 24.04
