using Geany 2.0 on windows.
File path: D:\Media\Ария\Sources.txt
when opened from explorer, it opens an empty file.
when opened from the toolbar, the file is opened normally but if I try to use the toolbar again it show this error:

pressing ok would simply open the directory above the one with Cyrillic name.

status window when opened from explorer: 11:16:46: New file "D:\Media\????\Sources.txt" opened.
