Maybe we could also document that tag files generated on the command-line using geany are guaranteed to be only valid for the Geany release using which they were generated.

In that case how are we going to handle these, because that is saying they should be re-created every the build, and thses are also invalidated, or at least need a Geany version added to the Wiki.
